I am +0 on monthly updates, weekly is a more granular cadence for catching vulns, esp in the generative AI era, but, let's try it out and see how it goes. It's all about trade-offs 😉

Changing Dependabot cadence so that non security related version bumps happen every month and all in one PR rather than multiple.
